I’ve been doing EA roles for most of my working life & I love it! Keeping my own personal life organised, as well as organising Execs lives too.

This is where making Wellbeing a priority is essential for me to keep my energy flowing!


I went to my first Yoga session in 2005, & didn’t ‘get it’.

I soon ‘got it’ when I realised how quickly I could relax & feel fantastic, through the power of soothing my breath.

I’ve taught Yoga in London since 2012 (RYT 200) & feel blessed for the experience to continue learning about Health and Fitness on a daily basis.


In 2019 I wrote 4 mini-Self-Care books, published by Hashtag Press & available at Amazon, Foyles, Waterstones & Hashtag Press.

My first book ‘My Mini-Micro Mindset Manual’ is my MIND Charity fundraiser – with 50% of my Author proceeds going to this incredible UK Mental Health charity.
