Naturopath (TBC)

I’m currently delving into using whole foods as medicine, on my Naturopath course. Learning about amazing ways the body, mind & energy can heal, strengthen & flourish using pure sources from Nature.


I went to my first Yoga session when I was in my 20’s & soon returned when I realised how quickly I could relax through the power of soothing my breath.


In 2019 I wrote 4 Self-Care books, published by Hashtag Press. My MIND Charity fundraiser has 50% of my Author proceeds going to this incredible organisation.
