I’ve been in EA roles for most of my life, & love it. Keeping my own personal life organised, as well as Execs lives too. This is where making Wellbeing a priority is essential for me to keep my own energy fresh & flowing.
I’m currently delving into using whole foods as medicine, on my Naturopath course. Learning about amazing ways the body, mind & energy can heal, strengthen & flourish using pure sources from Nature.
I went to my first Yoga session when I was in my 20’s & soon returned when I realised how quickly I could relax through the power of soothing my breath.
