My Yoga & Oils
I went to my first Yoga session in 2005, & didn’t ‘get it’.
I soon ‘got it’ when I realised how quickly I could relax & feel fantastic, through the power of soothing my breath.
I’ve taught Yoga in London since 2012 (RYT 200) & feel blessed for the experience to continue learning about Health and Fitness on a daily basis.
Combining raw aromatherapy DoTERRA oils with my Yoga practice has worked wonders for me & I instantly feel calm & refreshed using a natural product that has healing qualities – physical, mental & emotional. They all have their own ‘character’ & benefits which I use as part of my daily meditation.

My first book ‘My Mini-Micro Mindset Manual’ is my MIND Charity fundraiser – with 50% of my Author proceeds going to this incredible UK Mental Health charity.
