In my early 20’s I joined a gym for the first time, and we’ve rarely been apart since.
I loved training, clearing my mind, and then discovered the energising beauty of Yoga.
In 2019, I wrote 4 Self-Help books – published on Thurs 31st Jan 2019, Weds 29th May 2019, Weds 5th Sep 2019 & Thurs 5th Dec 2019! All available on Amazon.
From my heart, I’m on a mission to encourage people to feel the Fun, Flexibility and Flow, of Fitness.
My love for Yoga has developed over the years; I qualified as a Yoga Instructor (RYT 200) in 2011, a Personal Trainer (Level 3), & Pilates Instructor (Level 3) in 2017.
I love including music in my sessions, and it makes me happy to see people leaving refreshed and revitalised – and feeling like it was a worthwhile part of their day.
