Raw Protein Balls

I’ve been craving a healthy snack that I can make in minutes, that will maintain my fibre intake, & keep my wellbeing in-check – & here it is:

1/2 cup of porridge/rolled oats

3/4 cup of Almond Butter

2 tbsp of Coconut Oil

1 tbsp of cinnamon powder

2 tbsp of raw honey

3 tbsp of mixed crushed seeds

2 chopped dates

Put all ingredients into a bowl, mix together & then make into little balls.

Place (with space between them) into a tub/onto a tray – & place in the fridge so that they mould into their shape, for at least 45 mins.
