So, I’m going to start this Blog writing about food.
It’s one of my first few loves – other than Health & Fitness, of course.
This recipe is so simple and delicious, is great for re-fuellng post-exercise/training, takes no time at all, – and feeds 4 people – or 2 people, if you’re very hungry!
*1 cup of Self-Raising Flour, 1 cup of Almond Milk, 1 Egg, 1 Big handful of Blueberries (you can be adventurous here – raspberries, dried dates), 2 tablespoons of Raw Cacao powder, Chia Seeds, Flaxseed & Almond Powder*
:: Mix the flour, almond milk and egg
:: Add the blueberries, raw cacao powder, chia seeds, flaxseed and almond powder into the mix
:: Gently heat a frying pan with rapeseed/olive oil
:: Add the mixture to the pan (in ladle batches – for small pancakes) – for 1-2 mins each side
:: Top with Goats Yogurt, Tahini Paste & Almond Powder (you can be adventurous here too)
:: Enjoy to your hearts content! – and I’m sure you’ll have another helping x
